Darci evans

Hi, I’m Darci.

aspiring art director.

My energy tends to arrive before I do.

It’s big, a little chaotic and, according to some very generous people, funny (I’ll let you decide). Rather than trying to contain it, I’ve learned to lean into it. I would describe myself as a people person, I thrive meeting new people and have a habit of leaving a lasting impression, although whether that’s because I’m memorable or simply difficult to forget is still up for debate.

Plot Twist

I try to live life to the fullest, saying yes to new experiences, new challenges and whatever adventure comes next.

After graduating high school, I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life. So, after a few years pondering, I packed a suitcase and moved across the world.

I spent two years living and working above a pub in a small town called Witney. Along the way, I acquired a taste for beer, developed a love for the Premier League and dabbled in a bit of travel, 23 countries, to be exact (some of them twice).

what i brought home

Travel taught me to embrace the unfamiliar, connect with people from completely different walks of life and look at the world from more than one perspective.

I’m naturally curious, and that curiosity has taken me around the world, shaping the way I think, communicate and create.…

Outside of marketing, you’ll usually find me on the footy field or netball court, hiking, or spending time in the water. I’m passionate about staying active, being creative, and constantly challenging myself to learn new skills. I bring this same mindset to social media and content creation, combining a strong work ethic, a collaborative approach, and genuine excitement for producing content that connects with audiences. I’m always eager to learn, take on new challenges, learn quickly, and bring innovative ideas to every project I work on.

the time i got it wrong and made it right

About a year into my two-year stint, I decided to quit my cozy job at the pub in Witney and move to Fort William, in the Scottish Highland … during winter. I spent a month cleaning a 5-star hotel in a really ugly and long purple dress, I was cold, bored, and finding out what seasonal depression meant. I shared a room with one of my closest friends, we ended up sleeping roughly three feet apart.

still thinking about this one…
